TCI B6539 (CAS 916753-62-3) is a bis-azo chromophore supplied as an activated N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester, ready to couple with primary amines. It is used to label proteins, peptides, antibodies, and amino-modified oligonucleotides through the formation of stable amide linkages under mild buffered conditions.
