Shipping policy

We ship throughout Indonesia from Cimahi, West Java. Delivery time depends on where the product comes from: items in our Indonesian warehouse ship sooner, while TCI products ordered from Japan are imported to order and usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on the hazard classification and customs clearance. The estimated delivery time for your order is always stated in the quotation. Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, weight and type of material; hazardous materials are shipped with special handling. Full details: Shipping.
