How to Order & Request a Quotation

There are three ways to order from AMI Scientific. Choose the one that best fits your institution's administration.

1. Request a quotation — for institutions and all TCI products

This route is required for TCI products and recommended for institutional purchases that need formal documents.

  1. Send your requirements via WhatsApp or the contact form, including the product name, CAS number or product code (for example TCI A2075), the grade or purity, pack size and quantity, your institution's name and delivery address, and an active WhatsApp number.
  2. Receive a formal quotation with the price in Rupiah, availability and estimated delivery time.
  3. Confirm the order by replying to the quotation or sending your institution's Purchase Order.
  4. Payment. For TCI products ordered from Japan, payment is made after our team contacts you and the order is confirmed. The invoice is issued in your institution's name.

2. Order directly on the website

For non-TCI products that show a buy button, you can also add them to the cart and order directly on this website.

3. Tokopedia

Some products are also available in our official Tokopedia store.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy in large quantities?

No. We supply laboratory-scale packs according to the standard sizes of each product.

The product I need is not on the site. Can you order it?

Yes. Send us its name or CAS number; many TCI products that are not listed can still be ordered.
