Potentiostat & Galvanostat

A potentiostat controls the potential of a working electrode and measures the resulting current; a galvanostat controls current. Together they run cyclic voltammetry, corrosion tests, battery and fuel cell studies, sensors and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).

How to choose

  • Channels: single channel (Corrtest CS300M, CS350M, CS350 Pro, CS1350 Pro), bipotentiostat with two independent channels (CS2150M, CS2350M) or multichannel (CS310X).
  • EIS: choose a model with EIS if you need impedance measurements; CS300M is the model without EIS.
  • High current: the CS2020B 20 A booster extends multichannel systems.
  • Teaching and simple characterisation: Ossila Potentiostat, with or without electrochemical cell and electrodes.
