Ordering
How do I buy TCI products from AMI Scientific?
Through a quotation. Send the product name, CAS number or TCI catalogue code (for example A2075), grade, pack size, quantity, your institution and delivery address via WhatsApp. We reply with a formal quotation showing the Rupiah price, availability and estimated delivery time. Confirm by replying to the quotation or sending your institution's Purchase Order; payment is made after our team contacts you and the order is confirmed. Full steps: How to Order.
Do I have to buy in large quantities?
No. We supply laboratory-scale packs in each product's standard sizes, from grams to kilograms.
The product I need is not on the site. Can you order it?
Yes. Send us the product name or CAS number; many TCI products that are not listed can still be ordered.
Can I buy on Tokopedia?
Some products are also available in the official AMI Scientific Tokopedia store. For institutional purchases that need formal documents, use the quotation route.
Stock & delivery
How do I know whether an item is in stock or must be ordered (indent)?
Items already in our Indonesian warehouse ship sooner. TCI products not in stock are imported from Japan to order. Availability and estimated delivery time are always stated in the quotation, so ask us on WhatsApp before ordering. On Tokopedia, items labelled Pre-Order are ordered after you buy.
How long does an imported order take?
It depends on the product origin, material classification and customs. The estimate for your order is stated in the quotation, and imported orders can be tracked on Order Tracking.
Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?
We deliver throughout Indonesia from Cimahi, West Java. Shipping is calculated from the destination, weight and type of material. Details: Shipping.
How are hazardous chemicals shipped?
Flammable, corrosive, toxic or temperature-sensitive materials are packed and shipped with special handling according to their hazard class, so the courier and transit time can differ from ordinary goods.
CoA, SDS & documents
Does every product come with a CoA and SDS?
Yes. We send the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) with the quotation or order, and on request before purchase. For TCI products, SDS and lot CoA can be searched on SDS & CoA search, and most TCI bottles carry a 2D code on the cap that opens that lot's documents.
Which documents do you issue?
Formal quotation, invoice and delivery note, tax invoice, SDS and lot CoA, and documents for e-Catalogue procurement.
Tax invoice, PO & institutional procurement
Does AMI Scientific issue tax invoices?
Yes, for every transaction subject to VAT. When confirming the order, send your institution name as on its NPWP, the NPWP (or NIK for individuals), the NPWP address, and the email that should receive the tax invoice. See Tax Invoice & VAT.
Can I order with a university or agency Purchase Order (PO)?
Yes. Confirm the order by sending your institution's Purchase Order; the invoice is issued in your institution's name.
Can I buy through the LKPP e-Catalogue?
Yes. PT Advanced Material Indonesia is a registered supplier on the LKPP e-Catalogue. Contact us for a direct link to our storefront; if a product is not listed there yet, send its name or CAS number. See e-Catalogue procurement.
What about research-grant purchases or tenders?
For direct purchases, tenders or research-grant purchases outside the e-Catalogue, we issue formal quotations, invoices and tax invoices.
Returns & quality
What is your return policy?
Products can be returned within 28 days of receipt, and AMI Scientific pays the return shipping. Contact us first so the return can be approved. See Returns & Exchanges.
My order arrived damaged, leaking or wrong. What should I do?
Contact us right away with the invoice or order number, photos of the outer packaging, label and contents, and an unboxing video if you have one. Our team will assess the case and tell you the resolution.
My test results do not match the CoA. What now?
Contact us with the lot number, your test data and the storage conditions since receipt. We will forward it to the manufacturer for investigation.
Can opened chemicals be returned?
No, for safety and quality reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or not as ordered.
