Shipping

We ship throughout Indonesia from Cimahi, West Java.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on where the product comes from. Items already in our Indonesian warehouse ship sooner. TCI products ordered from Japan are imported to order and usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on the hazard classification and customs clearance. The estimated delivery time for your order is always stated in the quotation. You can follow the status of import orders on the Track Order page.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery address, weight and type of material.

Hazardous chemicals

Flammable, corrosive, toxic or temperature-sensitive materials are packed and shipped with special handling according to their hazard classification, so the courier and transit time may differ from ordinary goods.

When your goods arrive

Please check the packaging and contents as soon as the goods are received. If a package is damaged or leaking, or the goods do not match your order, photograph the condition and contact us immediately. See Returns & Exchanges.
