Damaged goods, wrong items or items that do not match your order

Please check your goods as soon as they arrive. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the contents do not match your order, or the quantity is short, contact us immediately with:

• your invoice or order number;
• photos of the outer packaging, the label and the contents;
• a video of the package being opened, if available.

Our team will assess the case and advise you on the resolution.

Chemical quality issues

If your test results show that a chemical does not meet the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) of its lot, contact us with the lot number, your test data and how the material has been stored since delivery. We will forward the case to the manufacturer for investigation.

Items that cannot be returned

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned except when they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered: chemicals and reagents whose seal has been opened; special-order or imported-to-order products (including TCI products); hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases; and goods damaged by storage that does not follow the SDS.
