TCI B6511 Biotin-PEG4-Alkyne (CAS 1262681-31-1) is a click chemistry reagent that combines a biotin tag, a hydrophilic PEG4 spacer, and a terminal alkyne. The alkyne reacts selectively with azide-modified biomolecules, while the biotin group enables streptavidin-based detection and pull-down. The PEG4 spacer improves solubility and provides distance between the tag and the labelled target.
