TCI B6573 Biotinyl Tyramide (CAS 41994-02-9) is a well-established biotinylated tyramide reagent for peroxidase-mediated signal amplification. When activated, the tyramide moiety forms short-lived reactive radicals that deposit biotin labels locally around the target site. This localized deposition enables highly sensitive detection using streptavidin conjugates in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, and plate-based immunoassays. The product is offered in 50 mg and 200 mg pack sizes and should be stored cool, dry, and protected from light in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
