TCI B6602 Biotin Alkyne (CAS 773888-45-2) is a biotinylation reagent bearing a terminal alkyne handle for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition. It allows selective, bioorthogonal tagging of azide-modified proteins, nucleic acids, glycans, and metabolites under mild aqueous conditions. The resulting biotin conjugates can then be enriched or detected using streptavidin beads, blots, or fluorescent conjugates.
