The Ossila C2001F3 is a single-volume micropipette set to dispense exactly 20 μl. Because the volume is fixed, there is no dial to adjust, which makes it quick to pick up and helps keep repeated transfers consistent from one experiment to the next.
The pipette arrives pre-calibrated and is rated to ±1.0% accuracy with repeatability of ≤0.3%. A calibration key is supplied so the instrument can be kept accurate over time. It works with C2002V2 tips, and a bag of tips is packed with the pipette so it can be used right away.
The pipette can be sterilized by autoclaving at 121°C for 20 minutes. Labs needing several volumes can combine it with other Ossila fixed volume micropipettes, which are offered in sets covering 5 μl to 1 ml.
