    Description

    TCI C0057 Cellulase from Aspergillus niger (CAS 9012-54-8) hydrolyses β-1,4-glycosidic bonds in cellulose to release oligosaccharides and simple sugars. It is applied in lignocellulosic biomass hydrolysis, enzyme-assisted extraction of plant bioactives, protoplast preparation, and dietary fibre analysis. TCI supplies the enzyme in 1 g, 5 g, and 25 g pack sizes for preliminary trials through to bench-scale work. Store it cold and dry as directed by the manufacturer, and weigh the powder in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhalation.
