Collection: Anti-Mouse IgM
Anti-Mouse IgM — includes secondary antibodies raised in goat to recognize the heavy chain of mouse immunoglobulin M (IgM). These antibodies are available in unconjugated form as well as conjugated with labels such as fluorochromes or biotin for indirect detection needs.
Goat Anti-Mouse IgM is used as a secondary antibody in flow cytometry, ELISA, and western blot to detect mouse primary antibodies of the IgM class. R-PE and FITC conjugates enable fluorescence-based detection in flow cytometry, while biotin conjugates are used together with streptavidin-enzyme systems to amplify the signal in immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry assays in immunology laboratories.
Example products in this collection: TCI G0644 Goat Anti-Mouse IgM R-PE Conjugate, TCI G0408 Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, TCI G0453 Goat Anti-Mouse IgM FITC Conjugate, TCI G0432 Goat Anti-Mouse IgM Biotin Conjugate.
Match the conjugate type (unlabeled, biotin, FITC, or R-PE) to the instrument and staining panel being used, and consider species cross-reactivity so it does not interfere with detection of other primary antibodies. All products are genuine Tokyo Chemical Industry (TCI) Japan products, with purity, packaging, and storage conditions listed on each item's page.
