Bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3) is a perovskite-structured oxide and one of the most studied multiferroic materials, combining ferroelectric and magnetic ordering within a single phase at room temperature. Sputtering targets are dense, solid pieces of this ceramic that serve as the source material in physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, where atoms are ejected from the target and deposited onto a substrate to form controlled thin films. Nanografi supplies this material as a nanomaterial-based target for laboratory use.
