Blue graphene quantum dots (GQD) at 1.0 mg/ml are zero-dimensional carbon nanoparticles derived from graphene and supplied as a colloidal dispersion. They belong to the graphene quantum dot family, combining the small particle size and size-dependent luminescence typical of carbon quantum dots with the chemical stability of sp2 carbon frameworks. Their blue fluorescence under UV excitation makes them useful for light-based research.
