Carbon (C) sputtering targets are solid source materials used in physical vapor deposition (PVD), where energetic ions eject atoms from the target surface so they can condense onto a substrate as a thin film. Carbon targets belong to the inorganic elemental materials group and are used mainly for depositing carbon-based films in laboratory and development work. Nanografi products are supplied for research and pilot-scale sputtering systems.
