Cobalt Titanate Green Spinel Nanopowder (Co2TiO4) from Nanografi is an inorganic green pigment with a particle size of 30-50 nm. It is produced by calcining Cobalt (II) Oxide and Titanium (IV) Oxide at high temperature, so that the two oxides diffuse into one another at the ionic level and form a crystalline inverse spinel lattice.
The pigment offers strong opacity in both the UV and visible ranges, high hiding power and outstanding durability. It is chemically inert, withstands heat, and remains stable under ultraviolet exposure. Because it does not bleed, migrate or cause warping, it suits formulations where colour must stay put over long service lives.
It works with most resin systems and polymers and is typically chosen where heat, light and weather resistance are required. Rated heat fastness is ≥1000℃ and light fastness ≥8 (Pigment Green 50, C.I. 77377).
- Colouring plastics such as polyolefins, PS, ABS, PVC and engineering polymers.
- Pigmenting silicones and rubber compounds.
- Liquid architectural and industrial coatings.
- Powder, coil and stoving coatings, including high temperature resistant coatings.
- Tinting cement and concrete.
- Colouring ceramics and glass.
