Carboxyl-functionalized short multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) are cylindrical carbon nanostructures composed of multiple concentric graphitic layers. Surface carboxyl (-COOH) groups are introduced to improve dispersibility in polar solvents and to provide reactive sites for further chemical attachment. The material is supplied with a purity of more than 98% and an outside diameter of 20-30 nm, as specified in the product title. Its short length makes it easier to disperse uniformly in liquid and polymer matrices.
