Indium Tin Oxide (ITO), written as In2O3:SnO2, is a mixed metal oxide ceramic made from indium oxide doped with tin oxide. It belongs to the transparent conducting oxide (TCO) group of materials, which combine optical transparency with electrical conductivity. In sputtering targets form, ITO is used as the source material for depositing uniform thin films by physical vapor deposition.
