Indium Tin Oxide (ITO), written as In2O3:SnO2, is a ceramic composite of indium(III) oxide doped with tin(IV) oxide. It belongs to the transparent conducting oxide (TCO) group, combining optical transparency in the visible range with good electrical conductivity. Sputtering targets made from ITO are used to deposit thin films by physical vapor deposition.
