Indium tin oxide (ITO), written as In2O3:SnO2, is a ceramic sputtering target made from indium oxide doped with tin oxide. It belongs to the transparent conducting oxide (TCO) family, materials that combine optical transparency in the visible range with electrical conductivity. Sputtering targets are used in physical vapor deposition to deposit thin films onto substrates in a controlled vacuum process.
