Indium Tin Oxide (In2O3:SnO2), commonly abbreviated as ITO, is a mixed metal oxide composed of indium oxide doped with tin oxide. It belongs to the class of transparent conducting oxides, materials that combine good optical transparency in the visible range with electrical conductivity. This sputtering target is intended for physical vapor deposition processes that produce thin films of this material.
