Indium Zinc Oxide (IZO), also written as InZnO, is an amorphous transparent conducting oxide made from indium oxide and zinc oxide. It belongs to the transparent conductive oxide (TCO) group of ceramic materials and is supplied as a sputtering target for physical vapor deposition (PVD) of thin films. IZO is often chosen for its smooth, uniform films and its compatibility with flexible and low-temperature processing.
