Indium Zinc Oxide (IZO, InZnO) is a transparent conductive oxide composed of indium oxide and zinc oxide. It is supplied as a sputtering target, a dense ceramic source used in physical vapor deposition to form thin films. IZO is widely studied as an alternative to indium tin oxide for transparent electrode and oxide semiconductor layers.
