Indium zinc oxide (IZO, InZnO) is an amorphous transparent conductive oxide made from indium oxide and zinc oxide. It belongs to the family of oxide ceramic sputtering targets, which are used to deposit thin films by physical vapor deposition. IZO films are valued for combining optical transparency with electrical conductivity.
