Indium Zinc Oxide (IZO, InZnO) is an oxide ceramic material belonging to the transparent conductive oxide (TCO) family. It combines indium oxide and zinc oxide, and it is widely studied as an n-type semiconductor for thin-film devices. IZO sputtering targets are dense ceramic plates used in physical vapor deposition (PVD) to form uniform thin films on substrates in research and pilot-scale production.
