Lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2) is an inorganic layered lithium transition metal oxide ceramic. It is widely studied as a cathode material in lithium-ion battery research. This Nanografi product is supplied as a sputtering target, a solid piece of material used in physical vapor deposition (PVD) to produce thin films of LiCoO2 on a substrate.
