Lithium Lanthanum Tantalum Zirconate (LLZTO) is a tantalum-doped lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide belonging to the garnet-type family of ceramic materials. Its general composition is based on Li7La3Zr2O12, with tantalum substitution used to tune lithium-ion transport behavior. Supplied as a nanomaterial with a stated particle size of 1-3 µm and a stated purity of ≥99.5, LLZTO is widely studied as an inorganic solid-state electrolyte for next-generation energy storage research.
