Lithium phosphate (Li3PO4) is an inorganic lithium-containing phosphate compound. In this product it is supplied as a sputtering target, a solid ceramic source material used in physical vapor deposition (PVD) to form thin films on substrates. It belongs to the family of lithium phosphate-based ceramics studied mainly for their ionic conductivity and chemical stability.
