Lithium phosphate (Li3PO4) is an inorganic lithium-containing phosphate ceramic. It is supplied as a sputtering target, a solid source material used in physical vapor deposition (PVD) to form thin films of lithium phosphate on substrates. It belongs to the family of lithium-based oxide ceramics used in functional thin-film research.
