Multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) array on monocrystal silicon is a carbon-based nanomaterial in which multi-walled carbon nanotubes are grown on a monocrystalline silicon substrate, forming an ordered, vertically aligned structure. It belongs to the carbon nanomaterials group and is supplied as a supported substrate for surface-based studies and device prototyping. The aligned architecture offers a large surface-to-volume character, which makes such arrays widely studied in research on surface-driven processes, interfaces, and nanoscale electronics.
