This Inconel 625 powder is a nickel-based superalloy in spherical particle form, sized at 15-53 µm. It is intended for additive manufacturing and spray welding, where good powder flow and consistent quality matter.
The alloy keeps its strength across a broad temperature range and stands up well to oxidation and corrosion, which suits it to harsh service conditions. The powder is made by argon atomization under clean-room conditions, giving high purity, repeatable batch quality and excellent flowability.

Apply strictly according to oxygen-acetylene flame or plasma spray welding requirements; -150 mesh powder is advised for small and medium spray welding guns and -150/+320 mesh for large spray guns. Powder that has absorbed moisture or been stored for more than 3 months should be dried before use (120 ° C, 2 hours). This is a readily combustible metal powder with general toxic and irritating effects; the maximum allowable day concentration is 0.001 mg/m3. As a nuisance dust, inhalation may cause headache, elevated body temperature, vertigo and weakness. Consult the MSDS before use.
