(-OH) functionalized graphitized multi walled carbon nanotubes are cylindrical carbon nanostructures composed of several concentric graphene layers. The hydroxyl (-OH) groups on the surface are introduced to improve dispersibility in polar media and compatibility with polymer matrices, while the graphitized structure supports good graphitic ordering.
