These meniscus guides fit the Ossila 50 mm standard slot die head and help fix the width of the coated film, giving cleaner and more clearly defined coating edges during slot die deposition.
Made from stainless steel, the guides are supplied in packs of 3. Versions are offered with set coating widths, lip depths of 0.5 mm, 1 mm or 1.5 mm, and guide thicknesses of 0.05 mm or 0.1 mm, so the guide can be matched to the coating job. They suit inks and solutions across a viscosity range of 0 – 1000 cPs.
