The Ossila A2006A1 bracket is a mounting accessory that joins an Ossila LED Solar Simulator lamp to an Automated Solar Cell I-V Test System. It ships as part of the Automated Solar Cell Testing Kit, and it also lets labs combine a simulator and test system that were purchased separately.
Fitting is straightforward: the base screws onto the I-V test system with the screws provided, and the lamp attaches to the plate that sits above the automated test board. Use the upper pair of holes with the 20 x 15 mm substrate test board (S2006) or the lower pair with the 25 x 25 mm substrate board (S211). In either configuration the lamp is held at a fixed 8.5 cm working distance from the substrate, which removes a source of positioning error and supports repeatable I-V measurements.
The bracket works with all Ossila solar simulator lamps, with or without the indoor light filter, and with automated test systems T2003B3 and T2003E3 purchased from November 4 2022 (marked J1000A3-xxxx on the underside). It is not compatible with generic riser boards.
