This Ossila spin coating system pairs the Standard V3 spin coater (L2001A3) with a dual syringe pump and a PTFE multi-substrate chuck, letting you dispense solutions under pump control while the substrate spins. The bundle includes a connection adapter, disposable syringes, PTFE tubing and needles, so automated, repeatable thin film deposition can start straight away.
The spin coater runs from 120 to 6,000 rpm with under 2% speed error and spin times of 1 to 1,000 sec, and accepts substrates up to 100 mm (4") in diameter. The chuck holds four common substrate formats and has a rimmed edge, simplified drainage channels and finger cutouts for quick swapping.
The dual syringe pump drives two independently controlled channels in infusion or withdrawal mode, with clamps for syringes from 0.5 μl to 60 ml. Both units carry built-in software for saving multi-step programs without a PC, and either can be used on its own. Manual pipetting remains possible with the adapter fitted. This configuration is supplied with a Type B (US) power plug.
