Single walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) array on quartz is a nanomaterial in which single-walled carbon nanotubes are organized into an ordered array on a transparent quartz substrate. Each SWCNT is a cylindrical carbon allotrope formed by rolling a single sheet of graphene into a seamless tube. Aligned arrays on quartz are commonly used as platforms for device fabrication and fundamental studies of nanotube properties.
