Description
TCI C1111 Chloroform stabilized with 2-Methyl-2-butene [for HPLC Solvent] (CAS 67-66-3) is a halogenated hydrocarbon solvent prepared to HPLC grade. The 2-methyl-2-butene stabiliser suppresses oxidative degradation while avoiding the detection interference associated with some alternative stabilisers. It is widely used for normal-phase chromatography, liquid–liquid extraction, spectroscopic measurements and lipid sample preparation. AMI Scientific supplies this TCI product in 500 mL bottles; handle only in a fume hood, observe applicable Indonesian regulations for controlled substances, and follow the official TCI Safety Data Sheet.
