Tungsten disulfide (WS2) is an inorganic transition metal dichalcogenide with a layered crystal structure, in which tungsten atoms sit between sulfur layers and the layers are held together by weak van der Waals forces. This layered arrangement lets the material slide and separate easily, which is why it is studied in lubrication, composite materials, and two-dimensional materials research. This Nanografi product is supplied as a micron-sized powder, suitable for laboratory formulation and development work.
