The Joan Lab LC500-8 is a low speed benchtop centrifuge that holds eight 15ml centrifuge tubes or eight 2/5/10ml blood tubes. It runs from 500 to 4000rpm, reaching a maximum RCF of 1967xg with an 11cm rotor radius, and the timer can be set from 30s to 59min50s.

Program memory lets operators store frequently used runs, and multiple rotors are available as options. Safety is covered by a double electronic lock, lid opening protection, chamber overtemperature protection and vibration protection. The unit draws 60W and accepts AC 110V - 220V, 50/60Hz supplies.
