TCI B6627 Benzenesulfonyl Fluoride (CAS 368-43-4) is a core SuFEx click chemistry reagent supplied by TCI and available at AMI Scientific. The S–F bond offers greater hydrolytic stability than the corresponding sulfonyl chloride while remaining selectively activatable, enabling clean sulfonamide and sulfonate ester formation. It is widely used in chemical biology as a covalent labelling reagent and in studies of serine-residue enzyme modification. Offered in 1 g and 5 g packs, it must be stored tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from moisture, amines, and strong bases.
