TCI C0339 Benzo[a]phenanthrene (purified by sublimation), CAS 218-01-9, is a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon refined by sublimation to remove non-volatile impurities. Materials purified this way are preferred for applications where even trace contaminants can affect device performance, such as organic semiconductor and light-emitting device research.
