The Joan Lab HS-5 is a compact heating magnetic stirrer (hotplate stirrer) that heats and mixes liquids on a single bench unit. Simple knob controls set the stirring speed across 200-1500rpm, and the Φ135 mm working plate reaches up to 260℃, handling volumes of up to 2L (H2O).

A strong magnetic field keeps stir bars turning steadily, while the stainless steel, ceramic-coated top plate provides a durable heating surface. With a 200W power rating and a footprint of 225*155*90 mm, the HS-5 fits easily on crowded benches and suits routine work in chemical synthesis and sample preparation, pharmaceutical formulation, food and cosmetics R&D, environmental and water analysis, and university teaching laboratories.
