The Joan Lab MC-10PRO is a compact high speed centrifuge for separating small-volume samples in tubes, micro blood tubes and capillaries. It runs from 1000 to 10000rpm±5% and reaches a maximum relative centrifugal force of 6708xg, controlled through a digital display and push buttons with program memory for repeat runs.

Several rotors extend its working capacity: twelve positions for 0.2/0.5/1.5/2ml tubes plus four 8-strip 0.2ml PCR positions, a rotor for twelve 0.5/1.0ml micro blood tubes, and a hematocrit rotor for twelve 40mm capillary tubes. Rotation stays stable, a temperature protection function guards the unit, and noise at top speed is ≤47db(A). Acceleration to maximum speed takes ≤12 s and braking ≤15s.

The MC-10PRO suits clinical and hospital laboratories, molecular biology and biotechnology work, pharmaceutical quality control, food and beverage testing, and university and research laboratories. It is supplied with a 1-year warranty.
