The Joan Lab MC-12PRO is a compact high speed centrifuge that reaches 1000-12000rpm±5% and a maximum relative centrifugal force of 9660xg. It is used across clinical and hospital laboratories for blood and serum separation, in molecular biology and biotechnology for DNA/RNA work and cell pellets, and in pharmaceutical quality control, food and beverage testing, and university and research laboratories.

Several rotors extend its working capacity: it holds twelve 0.2/0.5/1.5/2ml centrifuge tubes plus four 0.2ml eight-tube strips, twelve 0.5/1.0ml micro blood tubes, or, with the hematocrit rotor, twelve 40mm capillary tubes. Operation is through a digital display and buttons, with program memory for repeat runs.

Rotation stays stable, a temperature protection function guards the unit, and it reaches full speed in ≤12 s and stops in ≤15s while running at ≤47db（A）. It draws 48W and operates from AC100-240V / DC24V. The MC-12PRO comes with a 1-year warranty.
