The Joan Lab LC400 is a compact low speed centrifuge for routine sample separation. It runs from 500-4500rpm, adjustable in 100rpm steps, and reaches a maximum relative centrifugal force of 2180xg. The rotor takes four 15ml centrifuge tubes or eight 2/5/10ml blood tubes, and runs can be timed from 30s ~ 59min50s.

Operation is handled through an LCD display with program memory for repeat protocols. An electronic door lock and emergency switches add safety during runs, while noise stays at ≤ 60dB(A). The unit draws 40W on AC220V and measures 265*260*190 mm, so it fits easily on a crowded bench.

The LC400 suits clinical and hospital laboratories for blood and serum separation, molecular biology and biotechnology work such as DNA/RNA preparation and cell pellets, pharmaceutical quality control, food and beverage testing, and university and research laboratories. It comes with a 1-year warranty.
