The Joan Lab VM-500PRO is a multifunction laboratory vortex mixer for fast, repeatable mixing of samples in tubes. A powerful brushless motor drives a circular oscillation with a 4.5mm amplitude. You can switch easily between Touch mode, for quick hand-held mixing at 0-3000rpm, and Run mode for continuous operation at 100-3000rpm.

Interchangeable fixtures let the unit process several tubes at once: up to four 50ml tubes, nine 15ml tubes, twelve 5/10ml tubes or twenty-four 2ml tubes. Speed and time are set with buttons and shown on an LCD digital display, and the timer runs from 1min to 8h. The ultra-low body keeps the unit steady during operation, and the housing carries an IP21 protection rating.

The VM-500PRO suits clinical laboratories for blood tube mixing, as well as cell and molecular biology, microbiology, pharmaceutical R&D and biotechnology work. The unit comes with a 1-year warranty.
