TCI B6327, trans-Bis(acetato)bis[o-(di-o-tolylphosphino)benzyl]dipalladium(II), is a highly active palladacycle-based dimeric palladium(II) catalyst optimized for C-H activation and cross-coupling reactions. It exhibits excellent thermal stability and broad substrate compatibility in Heck, Suzuki, and Sonogashira coupling reactions, as well as direct C-H functionalization of aromatic systems. This catalyst is widely employed in academic and industrial laboratories for the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates, agrochemicals, and advanced functional materials.

Advantages (TCI brochure)

  • Highly-active palladium precatalyst
  • Suitable for Heck reaction and various cross-coupling reactions
  • High catalytic turnover number (up to 1,000,000) in Heck reaction
  • Applicable to the synthesis of pi-conjugated polymers

From the TCI brochure

  • Heck reaction
  • Synthesis of pi-conjugated polymer
