TCI B6649 Bismuth(III) Sulfide (CAS 1345-07-9) is a narrow-band-gap semiconducting main-group chalcogenide available from AMI Scientific. Its visible-light absorption makes it a widely studied material for photocatalytic pollutant degradation, photovoltaic absorber layers, and thermoelectric research. It is also explored in optoelectronic sensing and as an inorganic phase in nanocomposite synthesis.
