TCI B6984 7-Bromo-2,12-di-tert-butyl-5,9-dioxa-13b-boranaphtho[3,2,1-de]anthracene (CAS 2378498-93-0) is a brominated boron–oxygen fused polycyclic building block used in advanced materials chemistry. The rigid, planar boron-containing framework is a well-known motif in the development of narrowband multi-resonance emitters. Its bromo handle enables palladium-catalysed cross-coupling and amination to install tailored donor or acceptor units.
